Saying 'thank you' to NSPCC supporters

I was the lead copywriter for this job that required new welcome journey films for new NSPCC supporters. Working with a designer and a creative director, I worked on the concept of taking new supporters 'behind the scenes' at the NSPCC, showing them where their money was going and how it would help keep children safe.

I wrote the script for this video, writing from a child's point of view while succinctly explaining everything the NSPCC does on a daily basis to an audience who likely knew very little about our work. This required balancing delivering clear information, with playfulness and childlike wonder.

This video has been incredibly well-received by supporters and staff, including being told that this has been "the best thing we've done for our supporters in years".
